Description

WW-P Leadership Camp will strive to develop leaders at all levels by focusing on developing listening and communication skills, and by learning how to engage and collaborate with others to accomplish goals.  Traditional camp activities will be adapted for a virtual learning experience. Campers will learn skills like benchmarking, empowering others, building consensus and forging partnerships. Campers will leave camp knowing how to engage in active listening, the art of the persuasive conversation, and the ability to communicate across cultural norms. Camp Directors, Donna Ritz and Carl Romero, have years of experience in addressing audiences of varying ages. Ms. Ritz and Mr. Romero are accustomed to juggling many moving parts to create successful events, the latest of which is this virtual leadership camp. Students who attend any of their camp offerings are always entertained and challenged!
Supplies needed: Students will need a computer and access to a google account. Log-in information will be sent out prior to the first class. We are attempting to do all activities digitally; should there be a need for materials other than digital, we will send parents an email two weeks before the start of class.

Staff to camper ratio: 1 to 13.
