  • Explore ways to enhance compliance with Affordable Care Act rules prescribed by IRS
  • Create a computer-based orientation program for new employees
  • Provide low cost staff training by utilizing Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund and other sources
  • Implement cloud storage for video data in Police Department 
  • Dedicate a new veteran’s monument
  • Investigate solar power for various municipal buildings
  • Finalize SOA contract and start negotiations for remaining contracts which expire December 2016
  • Seek new revenue sources and opportunities to reduce operating costs
  • Support department heads in implementing departmental goals
