The Plainsboro Township Office of Emergency Management estimates that 5% of the total population of the Township of Plainsboro (750 people) would be considered special needs people who would require transportation in the event of an evacuation.  Additionally, a small percentage of the population who are not considered “special needs people”, but who in fact do not have access to a private vehicle would require some transportation assistance. 

To better assist special needs residents in the event of an emergency, we are asking residents to complete the attached special assistance evacuation form.  This information will only be used by the Plainsboro Twp. Office of Emergency Management.
