How do I report a missing person?

In order to report a person as missing they must meet a certain criteria if they are 18 years or older.  The following criteria should be considered prior to reporting an adult as missing:
Endangered – a person of any age who is missing under circumstances indicating his/her physical safety is in danger.
Disability – a person of any age who is missing under proven physical/mental disability or is senile, thereby subjecting himself/herself or others to personal and immediate danger.
Involuntary – a person of any age who is missing under circumstances indicating that the disappearance may not have been voluntary (kidnapping or abduction).
Catastrophe Victim – a person of any age who is missing after a catastrophe.
