The Records Bureau's main responsibilities are to securely store, retrieve, distribute and dispose of police reports. Police reports consist of investigation reports, property reports, motor vehicle accident reports, arrests, and miscellaneous incident reports. All reports are assigned a "case number" and are maintained numerically. The Records Bureau's is open to the public Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Reports can also be left with the Police Dispatcher for after hours pick up. Please call before requesting a report to confirm its availability. Fingerprinting This is available seven days a week at 10 a.m. only. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m. This is open to Township residents. This department does not fingerprint for immigration purposes. The fee is $5.00. Temporary Handicap Placards Anyone needing a permanent handicap plate or placard should do the following:

Accident reports by mail are $5.00.
