Planning and Zoning - 2023 Goals

    • Update Master Plan Circulation and Community Facilities Elements 
    • Update zoning ordinance based on recent changes to Master Plan
    • Continue to work on major projects including Penn Medicine Cancer Center, Ivy’s Fusion and Princeton Nurseries developments
    • Continue to seek funding opportunities to design Schalks Crossing Road Bridge bikeway project, if federal funding is approved 
    • Continue to monitor the County’s Freight Study and Wastewater Management Plan for possible impacts to the Township
