A unique partnership between Princeton University and BioLabs of Cambridge, Mass. has led to the creation of a coworking workspace, which will become home to about 25 high-potential life-science startups — and a new biotech hub for the surrounding communities.
A media tour was held on January 29th for the new facility, Princeton Innovation Center BioLabs, located at 303A College Road East in Plainsboro. The New Jersey biotech hub has capacity for about 125 scientists and entrepreneurs. It enables startups to test and develop their science faster, and allows for more efficient use of capital by offering: fully equipped and supported lab and office space, unparalleled access to capital and industry partners, as well as programming — much of which is open to the public and the larger biotech community.
