Evergreen Wreath Workshops

Join us outside at the Plainsboro Preserve as we create a one-of-a kind holiday wreath full of evergreens and pine-cones that your neighbors will envy all season long. Learn some basic design techniques that you will apply to wreath making. We will provide all the materials, greenery and fun! Bring along garden gloves and hand pruners if you have them. Patio heaters will keep us warm, but dress for the outdoors. Coffee and hot cider will be available.
PLEASE NOTE: Kids must wear masks. If you are not fully vaccinated for Covid-19 please wear your masks, practice social distancing and stay home if you are sick.
Fiber Arts: Parent/Child Holiday Ornaments
Saturday, December 4
10 am – 4 pm
Ages 8+
Learn how to make the oldest form of textile - felt, and explore its possibilities in modern days. A fun workshop for parents and children who will create felted holiday ornaments out of merino wool using a wet felting technique.
Ages for children: 8+ plus an adult to accompany them. Only register for one person, but please list the partner. (One child per adult)
Fiber Arts: Felted Holiday Table Runner

Looking to give for a unique gift for the holidays? Or maybe you want to indulge in a gift for yourself. Using one of the oldest form of textile- felt, create your own piece of art using a process called wet-felting and transforming merino wool into a beautiful holiday table runner as a gift for you or someone else.
