PRE-K CAMP: Full morning of interaction for social, cognitive, and physical growth in a fun, nurturing environment. Arts and crafts, games, special events, and presenters! All children must be potty trained to attend camp. Only $200 per session, ages 4-5.

PLAINSBORO REC CAMP: Recreational camp for children entering grades 1-6 provides a variety of indoor and outdoor activities such as arts and crafts, multi-cultural games, fitness, science, and nature. Special presentations and trips are being planned throughout the summer. STEAM Boost Camps w/ STEAM Works Studio: The Township of Plainsboro is working with STEAM Works Studio to offer Summer STEAM Boost Camps. STEAM Works Studio is uniquely focused towards fostering and developing essential 21st Century and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) skills like problem-Solving, Critical thinking, Creativity and Collaboration in a hands-on and practical but fun learning environment. Natural Dyeing Using Local Plants (Adults; Ages 18+): 1 Class; Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. ($50.00 per person) Explore the Preserve trails and collect a selection of plants to be prepared and used to dye natural fibers. Artist Nelly Kouzmina will lead participants through hands-on techniques and discussion related to utilizing locally sourced materials during this 4 hour workshop. Participants are encouraged to wear smocks, aprons, or clothing that they would not mind getting stained. Plainsboro Township Bike Rodeo: Saturday, June 8, 2024; 10:00am-2:00pm Ages 4-12 Join the Plainsboro Township Police Department and Plainsboro Recreation for our 2024 Bike Rodeo. Bike Certified Officers will educate the community about bicycle safety and the proper way to navigate bike riding in the community. There will also be activities and vendors available to visit. Join experienced naturalist, Anne Price, who will guide you in search of wild edibles, teaching you which plants are safe and which should be avoided. Not only will you learn to identify these plants on the trail, but how to prepare them in the kitchen.
