Plainsboro Township is partnering with Balloon Mission and TerraCycle in their efforts to prevent balloon litter by providing collection bins for proper disposal of any foil and latex balloons (strings don't have to be removed). Collected balloons will be shipped off to be recycled. Please, see flyer below for the addresses of township collection sites.
