PSE&G is in the process of replacing the electrical line support towers that stretch from Metuchen to Burlington, on average these towers are 80 years old.The project has entered Plainsboro where twenty-six existing towers will be replaced by seventeen mono-poles. The work is beginning near Community Park and will eventually cross the Millstone River into West Windsor in about one year.
