The Township Clerk’s Office would like to advise all residents that the State Board of Public Utilities has authorized representatives of Inspire Energy Holdings, LLC, a clean energy company that supplies electricity in the United States, to canvass the Township of Plainsboro from October 6th through November 30th. They are not required to have a solicitation permit to canvass; however, they should have identification representing themselves as employees of Inspire Energy. The Police Department maintains a list of the individuals that will be canvassing in town if you would like to make inquiry about someone’s credentials.
