The Township's affordable housing activities are guided by the Department of Planning & Zoning and administered by outside Administrative Agents. The Township is in compliance with the New Jersey Fair Housing Act for providing low and moderate income housing. Opportunities exists within the Township for either ownership or rental of affordable homes.
